ORDERING YOUR CUSTOM SOCKS
So you've submitted your design request, tweaked a few elements, and are now looking at the custom socks of your dreams.
You can already feel them on your feet, and hear the positive comments.
It's time to make these things a reality. So what happens now?
STEP 1 - Confirm your preferred design(s)
Simply confirm with us via email which specific design you'd like to be able to order. This is especially important if we've worked with you on multiple designs.
STEP 2 - We'll create a custom product page for you
Your designs will be given individual product pages on our online store. This gives you a permanent online location from which you can order your socks.
Minimums and bulk discounts are automatically applied to the items you place in your cart.
STEP 3 - Order and pay. Happy days!
Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, Afterpay and even direct deposit. As all our products are made-to-order we do require upfront payment.
Once your order has been placed at the factory we'll send you a link to an order tracking page, which will help you follow the progress of your order.
